Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Technician

Location : Johns Creek, GA

We're looking for a detail-driven Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Technician to help optimize equipment reliability and keep production running smoothly. If you're skilled in coordinating maintenance work, reducing downtime, and improving preventive maintenance processes - this role is for you!

What You'll Do :

Develop and manage maintenance schedules that minimize disruption to production

Coordinate downtime across production lines for safety, quality, and maintenance needs

Track and report monthly progress on scheduled vs. completed work orders

Manage work orders through the CMMS and ensure accurate documentation

Lead and participate in weekly planning meetings with production and maintenance teams

Partner with engineering and maintenance leaders to prepare, kit, and improve work orders

Follow up on pending tasks and reschedule when needed

Review spare parts availability and adjust maintenance plans accordingly
