Program Manager

The Program Manager shall have the authority to commit the Contractor's financial resources, and act as the single point of contact with the Government, as required to meet the overall requirements of the IDIQ.

The Program Manager shall hold a bachelor's degree in one of the following specialized areas : Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Facilities, Contracts or related field or equivalent schools' training / certifications and possess a Top-Secret security clearance.

The Program Manager shall have a minimum of 15 years' experience in related project management and / or facilities management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in providing such services to large facilities or operations of about $6 million annually and managed 600,000 square feet of facilities space.

The Program Manager must hold a certificate from either International Facility Management Association (IFMA) as a Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Building Owners Management Institute (BOMI) International as an FMC, or Association for Facilities Engineers (AFE) as a Certified Professional Maintenance Management (CPMM).

The PM must be available for in-person supervision and coordination in support of government requirements to meet contractual requirements. These duties cannot be performed from a remote location.
