Position Overview :

ZoomInfo is seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of GTM Campaign Enablement. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and collaborating with the Chief Marketing Officer’s leadership team, this role will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and optimizing Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns. The Director will ensure the seamless execution of end-to-end campaigns, from strategy creation to implementation and performance analysis, driving pipeline and revenue growth for ZoomInfo.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Campaign Execution :
  • Oversee the design and execution of a centralized GTM campaign enablement framework, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, SDRs, and other GTM stakeholders to ensure campaign strategies align with business objectives.
  • Act as the operational leader ensuring GTM campaigns are executed with precision and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • End-to-End Campaign Enablement :
  • Coordinate the creation, execution, and follow-up across multiple campaign channels, working with SDRs and AEs to deliver tailored content and sequences.
  • Manage the GTM marketing and campaign calendar, proactively addressing conflicts and ensuring alignment across all efforts.
  • Lead Pipeline Weekly Business Reviews (PWBRs) focused on campaigns driving measurable results.
  • Collaborate with GTM partners to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for pipeline growth.
  • Reporting & Performance Frameworks :
  • Design and implement reporting frameworks to assess the effectiveness of GTM campaigns.
  • Present campaign performance data to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Operational Excellence :
  • Refine processes to ensure effective execution of GTM campaigns.
  • Identify and resolve potential roadblocks to ensure smooth campaign delivery and success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence :
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across marketing, sales, and SDR teams to align on priorities and drive focus on high-impact initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, influencing teams to ensure that campaigns align with broader organizational objectives.
  • What You Bring :

  • Experience : 8+ years in GTM, marketing operations, or campaign enablement.
  • Leadership : Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams in executing high-impact campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong ability to build reporting frameworks and use data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management : Excellent skills in influencing senior leaders and managing cross-functional relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
