Job description
A company is looking for a Lead Director of Program Management.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to identify business needs and strategic objectives
Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of scalable and compliant solutions
Required Qualifications
10+ years in health care strategy, care delivery operations, or related leadership roles
Deep understanding of value-based care and integrated delivery systems
Proven success in leading complex business-wide initiatives with measurable impact
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
