Essential or Primary / Key Responsibilities :

• Review and sort all incoming electronic, manual invoices.
• Enter PO related invoices into ERP system timely and accurately.
• Perform filing and coping to ensure all payments are filed, with invoices and approval, in accordance with the Department standards.
• Fulfill requests for accounts payable inquiries for all external audit requests.
• System match all PO related invoices to receivers in ERP system timely and accurately.
• Prepare, generate, and mail the weekly check run for all approved invoices within the terms of PO.
• Maintain direct contact with vendors, as needed, and answers all vendor inquiries.
• Reviews and prepares reconciliations of vendor invoices and statements to include investigation of past due balances on invoices; discusses discrepancies with vendors and reports progress to management.
• Work with Purchasing to ensure any discrepancies between vendor invoices and purchasing are resolved on a timely basis.
• Has a clear understanding of the AP Process and processes invoice in accordance with Company Policy.

Minimum Required Qualifications :
