Accounts Payable

Our client is seeking an accounts payable specialist with strong hands-on experience managing the accounts payable function for a midsized company. This role will be a stand-alone Accounts Payable specialist and will work closely with the Controller. This role will be a temp to perm role that is hybrid with flexible hours. Duties and Responsibilities :

• Prepares and processes payments for vendor invoices.
• Reviews purchase orders, statements, and invoices to verify for payment.
• Record and reconcile credit card transactions.
• Responds to client inquiries and resolves any discrepancies.
• Other Special Projects as needed.
