Property Manager

Noor Staffing Group seeks an experienced Housing Property Manager for a well-known family shelter and supportive housing organization in Brooklyn. The successful candidate will manage a cluster of apartments, ensuring they meet the organization’s standards before lease signing. Additional responsibilities include networking with potential brokers and landlords, as well as preparing client-related and building repairs reports.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of five years of property management experience; preferably from scattered site programs, but not mandatory
• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in non-profit scattered site settings and affordable housing policies and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of low-income housing tax credits, home fund laws, and regulations
• Familiarity with property management software
• Proficient with the  MS Office Suite and have solid math skills
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Temp to Perm; $32-$35 / hr, DOE ($60-$65K annually)
