Vice President, Shared Services
The Vice President, Shared Services will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Client Shared Services Center in Richardson, Texas. S / he will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an infrastructure, culture, and capability of continuous improvement. The VP will act as the primary agent of change within Associa working with functional / business leaders to continuously improve processes and systems to enable operating effectiveness to meet customer and employee satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities :
- Deploy and reinforce continuous improvement practices across the Associa Shared Services Center.
- Partner with business leaders to identify areas of opportunity and to develop solutions.
- Stay abreast of market information regarding operations and enabling technology, industry regulations, and operations best practices to benchmark and improve operations.
- Champion the use of operational excellence and instill a data-driven culture.
- Manage continuous improvement initiatives to achieve target key performance indicators, simplify service delivery and help deliver value to the clients we serve.
- Lead the continuous improvement plans to increase the effectiveness of services while improving the customer experience.
- Consult on service delivery and performance issues; actively working to identify and implement interventions to improve service.
- Provide leadership, direction, coaching, feedback and, where appropriate, discipline to and through subordinate team members.
- Manage and motivate Shared Services team members to achieve and exceed expectations by identifying staff performance gaps, allocating time to listen, monitor and provide constructive feedback for performance improvement.
Requirements :
A minimum of 5 years in a shared service organization, with 3-5 years of success leading all elements of an enterprise multi-service organizationBachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree preferred.Experience in and comfort with working in a fast paced, rapidly growing and dynamic organization.Ability to achieve goals through influencing, partnering and developing productive relationships with senior leadership and line managers across the business.Ability to lead major project initiations from inception to post mortem including but not limited to : strategy, requirements definition, solutions design, planning, procurement, installation, operation and maintenance.Experience managing all aspects of the accounting process life-cycle.High energy and drive to create an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
