Institutional Research Analyst

Overview

Institutional Research Analyst will report to the Vice Chancellor of Operations and will collect, analyze and report data to support strategic decision making and planning. This position will create and monitor university data dashboards, manage data systems, design and administer surveys, create data visualizations, and communicate findings to various key stakeholders to inform institutional effectiveness and external reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, monitors, and updates information systems and databases that manage, store, and retrieve institutional data according to established policies, procedures, and reporting regulations
• Collects, analyzes, and researches institutional data according to established procedures and regulations
• Prepares and disseminates institutional statistical reports to institutional programs, working units, and leadership as needed
• Serves as liaison and primary contact for internal and external stakeholders for institutional reporting and compliance, external surveys, and institutional statistics and data

Education

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience

3 or more years of institutional research analysis

Workday experience a plus

Advanced Excel skills a plus
