Job title: Document Review Specialist
Document Review Specialist Pay: $18.00 hourly
Document Review Specialist Schedule: 8am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
Document Review Specialist Start date: ASAP

We are seeking an Entry Level Document Review Specialist for a fortune 500 company located in the city of Santa Ana! No experience is required, we will give you on the job training and provide you the support you need to be productive and grow in your role. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking experience in the clerical field!

Entry Level Document Review Specialist/Clerical Job Duties:

Review mortgage files for completeness and accuracy
Audit files to ensure files are complete with all required forms
Flag errors in the electronic system with any discrepancies found in documents
Compare information in the system against the information listed on the actual documents
Process trailing documents
File documents in alphabetical order
Perform 10-key Data entry

Entry Level Document Review Specialist/Clerical Requirements:

Previous data entry skills
Live Scan Background Screening required
Must have a HS/Diploma and or GED
Time management to ensure to meet all deadlines
