Job Description : We are currently seeking motivated, driven individuals licensed or looking to acquire their real estate license to join our dynamic team and help us with the continued growth of our business while providing exceptional service to our clients.

- Ability to prioritize and manage your time while understanding the importance of urgency.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain those relationships while continually adding to your client portfolio.
- Responsible for sourcing and acquiring distressed properties by identifying potential deals, negotiating contracts, and managing the transaction process from start to finish.
- Active real estate license.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
