Position Overview :

The Warehouse Technology Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, implementing, and optimizing technology solutions throughout our company's warehouse and distribution network.

This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive knowledge of warehousing operations and a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiency, productivity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and systems to enhance warehouse operations, improve process efficiency, and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, and Logistics to understand business requirements and develop technology solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Lead the implementation of technology projects from concept to execution, ensuring successful deployment and integration with existing systems.
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors, staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Conduct pilot tests and proof-of-concept trials for new technologies, gathering feedback and data to inform decision-making.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff on the use and functionality of new technologies, ensuring smooth adoption and integration into daily operations.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for technology usage, safety protocols, and troubleshooting guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to technology implementation, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage technology budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
• Stay current on industry regulations, compliance standards, and safety guidelines related to warehouse technology.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations, with a focus on technology implementation and optimization.
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RFID technology, automation solutions, and other warehouse technologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and safety protocols related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
