Corporate Paralegal

A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to support its Legal team with public company and M&A documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate SEC filings and public company disclosures with legal counsel and external advisors

Manage processes for executive officer and director stock ownership and insider trading compliance

Lead operational support for M&A transactions, including due diligence and documentation tracking

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred

3+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal with public company experience

Strong understanding of public company operations and securities compliance processes

Proven ability to create and improve operational processes

Tech-savvy and proficient with standard office software tools
