Job description

A-Tech Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, electrical work, and complex repairs.
  • GM Certification preferred.
  • EV experience strongly preferred (we are a certified EV dealer).
  • Repair and replace faulty powertrain, electrical, and ADAS components.
  • Align wheels and adjust systems to manufacturer specifications.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to train / mentor junior techs .
  • Keep accurate service records and collaborate with service advisors.

B-Tech Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Conduct diagnostics and perform mechanical repairs with accuracy.
  • GM experience / training preferred, but not required-we'll invest in your training .
  • Perform routine maintenance : oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality.
  • Desire to advance into an A-Tech role over time.
