As an E-Billing Analyst you will handle the entire legal billing process for multiple attorneys across several offices.
Responsibilities :
- Creating and reviewing monthly billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Generating invoices and sending them to clients
- Coordinating with attorneys and clients to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
- Inputting billable hours and expenses into the accounting system
- Tracking and managing budgets for legal projects
Qualifications :
- Current / prior legal environment billing experience is required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
