What you'll do

• Report to the Experience Manager and ensure sales targets are met with complete member satisfaction in all interactions.
• Get to know every prospect inside-out—goals, needs, and decision-making style—and build lasting relationships.
• Generate leads through inbound inquiries, free guest passes, and community engagement.
• Connect with potential members online, in-person, and at events to promote Virgin Active's social wellness vibe.
• Provide personalised consultations and tours, uncover wellness goals, and show how Virgin Active can help achieve them.
• Tailor pitches to highlight classes, programs, and the community to match each prospect's needs.
• Convert interest into action by clearly communicating membership benefits and guiding decisions to sign up.
• Craft membership packages, handle objections, and close deals with confidence.
• Maintain post-sign-up engagement by guiding new members through classes, PT, recovery, and other offerings.
• Keep administration tight and ensure a safe, smooth club experience for members and teammates.
• Look for opportunities to go the extra mile for members and deliver delightful experiences.
