Social Native is hiring : Creator Marketing Manager in Los Angeles

We’re looking for a Creator Marketing Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new creators and identifying the best talent within our existing creator network to match campaign objectives. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with influencers, ensuring brand alignment, and driving successful collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Creator Sourcing & Recruitment : Proactively discover and onboard new content creators across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to expand our talent pool.
• Campaign Matching : Identify and recommend registered creators who align with campaign goals, audience demographics, and brand guidelines.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Trend Analysis : Stay up-to-date on influencer marketing trends, emerging creators, and platform updates to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Collaboration & Coordination : Work closely with internal teams (campaign managers, sales, and client success) to ensure smooth execution of influencer collaborations.
• Performance Tracking : Monitor creator engagement and performance metrics to refine sourcing strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
