An award-winning land development and civil engineering firm in Austin, TX is looking for a Civil Project Manager to lead innovative residential and commercial projects in one of the fastest-growing markets in the country.

Salary Range : $100,000 – $135,000 annually (DOE) Location : Austin, TX | Full-time | Flexible hybrid schedule

About the Role

You will oversee site design, stormwater management, grading, and roadway layout. Lead cross-functional teams, liaise with municipal agencies, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

Day in the Life

Lead project kickoff meetings and client communications

Review and approve construction plans and permitting packages

Mentor staff engineers and coordinate with surveyors, planners, and contractors

Keep projects on schedule and within budget
