Pay Range :

  • $20-$22 / hour Are you a friendly person who loves making others feel welcome?

If so, this might be the job for you!  The Job :

  • As a Member Experience Advocate you will provide excellent customer service to our members by providing clear, accurate instruction and service information.  You will greet and check-in members while responding to a heavy volume of incoming calls.

    • In addition, you will maintain daily scheduling and confirmation of member appointments.  The Place :

    • The Core Duties :

  • Greet and check-in members when they arrive to our facility Maintain a thorough knowledge of fitness and campus programs and provide recommendations as needed Respond to members’ concerns, suggestions and complaints in a timely, professional and consistent manner Maintain daily scheduling and confirmation of member appointments / cancellations Respond to heavy volume of incoming calls for appointments and other requests Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Customer Service Desk and workout spaces The Essentials : Strong organizational skills and customer-service oriented approach Knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Office applications helpful Highly developed written and verbal communication skills CPR / FA certifications within 90 days of hire Positive, upbeat and enthusiastic about working in a non-profit environment The Perks : (Some conditions apply) Free membership at our award-winning fitness center!
