In this critical role, you will develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that align with our business goals, manage and nurture a talented team of product marketers, and ensure our messaging resonates with our target audience. You will own the global product marketing strategy across complex product lines, balancing long-cycle enterprise GTM processes with agile digital-led growth strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure the success of product launches.
The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of customer needs and personas, be skilled in shaping content strategy, and have a proven ability to drive revenue through impactful sales initiatives. We seek applicants with a minimum of 15 years of experience leading a B2B product marketing group focused on intricate product portfolios. Your expertise in GTM strategy, pricing, market research, and sales enablement, as well as your experience managing global teams, will be critical to our success.
As a hands-on, pragmatic leader, you will foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, while an MBA is preferred.
