About The Nash Collection

The Nash Collection is a fast-growing lifestyle apparel brand inspired by Nashville's culture and built on creativity, hustle, and pride in quality. We've grown from a single storefront into a national lifestyle brand with a strong retail, ecommerce, and wholesale presence.

We're looking for a Director of Product Development who can take ownership of our entire product creation process from design concept to final production. This role blends creativity, structure, and leadership. You'll oversee design execution, manage vendors, streamline operations, and bring order to the full development and ordering cycle.

The Mission

Create and lead a best-in-class product development engine.

You'll own how ideas turn into product — from creative concept and tech pack creation to production, cost tracking, and delivery. You'll build new systems, elevate quality, and ensure every product meets Nash standards while scaling efficiently for growth.

Core Responsibilities

Product Design and Development

• Translate design direction into accurate, production-ready tech packs including specs, fabrics, trims, construction details, and measurements.
• Lead sample development, fit sessions, and revisions until final approval.
• Maintain and optimize the seasonal product calendar , ensuring all timelines stay on track.
• Manage the library of materials, trims, and prior product references.
