Director Of Global Consolidations & Financial Reporting Innovation

The Director of Global Consolidations & Financial Reporting Innovation is responsible for overseeing the global consolidation of financial results across multiple country operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting. Beyond day-to-day management, this role will lead the transformation of the consolidation and reporting function by evaluating, implementing, and scaling AI, automation, and advanced analytics solutions. This includes leveraging the company's new OneStream platform, exploring external tools and partnerships, and driving a structured roadmap for automation across reporting processes.

Core Consolidation & Reporting

• Lead the global monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation close, ensuring compliance with IFRS / US GAAP.
• Prepare statements of stockholders' equity including support for all movements.
• Prepare cash flow statements under the indirect method.
• Oversee intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and complex ownership structures.
• Manage consolidation systems (with primary responsibility for OneStream) and ensure alignment across all entities.
• Present materials for the quarterly financial statement review to CFO.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain control environment documented for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance as it relates to consolidations and reporting

We offer a competitive salary, equity, bonus & benefits. The base salary range is $150,000 - $180,000
