Your Role on the Team
The Renewal Specialist is responsible for negotiating and finalizing lease renewals with current residents in the assigned market. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service throughout the renewal process while ensuring the achievement of renewal metrics and goals set by market leadership.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is: $25.56 - $44.31, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.Compensation and Benefits
