Emerald is seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Director of Financial Systems to lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of our financial technology ecosystem. This role will oversee the management and integration of key platforms including Oracle Hyperion, Epicor ERP, Zuora (billing and revenue recognition), and industry-specific billing systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a collaborative mindset to align financial systems with business goals in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

This position will be based out of our San Juan Capistrano, CA office.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

• Define and execute the roadmap for financial systems in alignment with corporate objectives
• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and external vendors for financial systems strategy and execution

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Target Compensation : $ 160,000-180,000 (Bonus Eligible)

Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position. This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate’s qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
