New Job Opportunity - Contact Center Representative
New job opportunity out of Reston, VA. Looking to hire someone who has at least one year of related professional experience (preferably work for a Credit Union or Bank).
Looking for customer service / call center type experience
Need 1+ year of experience at a Credit Union or Bank
Logistics of the Role :
- Full Time - Direct Hire - Our client is looking to pay around 20 / hr. Flexible
- On Site
Day to Day Activities :
- Communicate with opposing parties to negotiate settlement terms and amounts for accounts.
- Communicate offers with clients, vendors, opposing parties.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to determine client's budget to settle an account.
- Keep case management system up to date with notes and progress.
- Coordinate with paralegals and attorneys while working on settling a case.
- Correspond with client vendors to ensure creditor payments are sent in a timely manner.
- Follow up with clients and vendors for payment of filing fees and legal costs.
Qualifications / Requirements :
- 1+ year of experience at a Credit Union or Bank
- High School Diploma
- Must be okay with being subject to drug and background check
- Extremely well organized and ability to multi-task / follow-up
- Able to take criticism well
- Experience with Microsoft Suite / Spreadsheets
