Pay : 1st Shift

$16 / hr | 2nd Shift

$17 / hr | 3rd Shift

$18 / hr

What Youll Do

Operate plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently

Follow standard operation manuals to produce and package quality parts

Perform trimming and secondary operations at the press

Complete production reports with accurate numbers, downtime, and scrap

Label cartons correctly with name, date, shift, and quantities

Use grinders to process scrap and runners correctly

Keep your workstation and surrounding area clean and organized

Communicate shift details and issues clearly to your team and the next shift

What Were Looking For

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus (but were willing to train motivated individuals)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to stand, bend, reach, and twist throughout your shift

Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs

Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Job Requirements

Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
