JOB TITLE : Director- Brand Culture Marketing

REPORTS TO : VP, Brand & Consumer Experience

What You Will Do
The Director- Brand Culture marketing will lead brand communication + PR, strategic Culture + Entertainment + brand marketing opportunities for NYX Professional Makeup across several categories including : entertainment, VIP talent, sports and music. This candidate will help create and lead the management and activation and play a pivotal role in unlocking new cultural programs, campaigns, and co-marketing opportunities across industries. This person will lead PR to drive brand visibility and reputation in the U.S. market, by creating compelling story-telling.
In partnership with cross-functional team members including : Digital, Strategic Partnerships and Marketing stakeholders, this candidate will help create and scale new opportunities and focus on tentpole / entertainment / cultural programming, and industry connectivity. This candidate will be a key driver of cultural fluency within the brand- must have a true passion and understanding of the entertainment ecosystem + story-telling.
