Unidine is hiring immediately for full time and part time COOK positions.

• Location : The Cedars - 630 Ocean Avenue, Portland, ME 04103
• Schedule : Full and part time schedule. Saturday - Wednesday, 6 : 30 am - 2 : 30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Basic cooking skills requried. Willing to train.
• Pay Range : $23.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary : Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
