Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire is seeking a Hospital Scheduling / Staffing Coordinator to oversee and manage nursing department schedules. This role is responsible for ensuring all hospital units are appropriately staffed in alignment with budgeted levels and patient volume. The ideal candidate will balance efficient labor utilization with the delivery of high-quality patient care, making real-time staffing adjustments as needed to support operational excellence.

Qualifications
Position Requirements :
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience : Minimum of one year of experience in clerical or administrative support roles.
Additional Requirements : Successful completion of approved Basic Life Support and approved Crisis Prevention & Behavioral Management training. Certification may be obtained after hire.
