We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our established manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our electrical systems. This is a permanent position that offers a challenging and rewarding work environment, where innovative thinking and problem-solving skills are highly valued. The successful candidate must have a strong background in Drives, Optical Encoders, C++, Python, Labview, MathCAD, and MatLab.

Responsibilities :

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for :

1. Designing, developing, and testing electrical equipment, components, and systems.

2. Applying principles and techniques of electrical engineering to accomplish goals.

3. Leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet cost, quality, and performance objectives.

4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.

5. Developing specifications and instructions for the installation of electrical systems.

6. Implementing and maintaining Drives, Optical Encoders, and other electrical components.

7. Utilizing programming languages such as C++ and Python to automate processes.

8. Using software like Labview, MathCAD, and MatLab for data analysis and system modeling.

9. Continually updating knowledge and staying current with the latest technology trends in electrical engineering.

10. Ensuring all electrical work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, applicants must have :

1. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

3. Proven experience with Drives, Optical Encoders, C++, Python, Labview, MathCAD, and MatLab.

4. Strong understanding of electrical systems, with a keen eye for identifying and resolving issues.

5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

6. Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges.

7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex electrical concepts to non-technical team members.

8. A commitment to staying current with the latest technology trends in electrical engineering.

9. A strong commitment to safety, with knowledge of relevant safety standards and regulations.
