BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Talent Onboarding Specialist for a remote opportunity! Position Title : Talent Onboarding Specialist Location : Anticipated Start Date : ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration : Initial 7 month-contract Job Type : Contract Pay Range : $30 / hr-$35 / hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description : As an Avature system administrator you will be responsible for the solutioning and configuration of the Avature ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platform in Deloitte's Talent Acquisition space. You will partner with ITS and the Avature Platform Manager to design, configure and lead testing activities in relation to Avature business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements to configuration specifications
• Ensure successful implementation of minor system enhancements / configuration changes
• Perform QA and testing on all system enhancements / changes
• Write and maintain system related documentation
• Ad Hoc Project Support
• Collaborate with the Avature platform manager to ensure client needs are being met
• Assist with the implementation of new tools and systems in the Talent Acquisition space
• Aid in the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures, workflow diagrams.
• Lead testing efforts inclusive of creating test cases, organizing testing workbooks and user guides, preparing and / or creating data to enable testing and performing tests.
• Communicate effectively across teams to meet project timelines
