You won’t simply be joining an established team—you’ll actively contribute to defining the culture, establishing best practices, and expanding with the campus as it grows.

We seek someone capable of assuming complete ownership over both the enrollment experience for incoming families and the operational functions that keep our campus running effectively.

This role differs significantly from typical admissions positions. You won’t spend time confined to an office drafting templated correspondence or buried in administrative tasks. You’ll conduct impactful family tours, establish credibility with prospective parents, and facilitate a smooth, individualized admissions process. At the same time, you’ll maintain campus safety, regulatory compliance, and readiness to welcome students and families with assurance.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct individual, high‑conversion family tours that communicate Alpha’s three core commitments and build confidence in our educational approach.
• Implement and manage strategic outreach initiatives with prospective families, advancing them through the enrollment pipeline.
• Maintain strict safety and child protection standards to ensure a demonstrably secure setting for students and families.
• Manage comprehensive facilities operations, including preventative maintenance planning, vendor relationships, and repair supervision.
• Regularly review performance data to optimize procedures and enhance both operational effectiveness and enrollment results.

Working with us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD / hour, which equates to $75,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
