Job descriptionManage account relationship with account primary contacts Managing product life cycle and renewals Developing and providing customer reports and dashboards Providing escalation to ensure service quality Gather feedback on customer service and quality Perform regular business reviews Quoting and selling new equipment and services Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines Other duties as assigned by supervisor Must have technology account manager experience Must have reliable transportation Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
