Experienced Associate with future partnership / ownership opportunity

Our highly skilled general dental practice is in search of an Associate Dentist to perform comprehensive dentistry in a distinguished private dental office in St.

Louis, Missouri. This experienced, eager and hands-on Associate Dentist brings a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience, with AEGD / GPR being a plus;

with a focused desire to grow in autonomy as a clinician, all while being supported by a cohesive dental team. Ultimately, this Associate possesses future goals to serve as a team leader and future partner or owner.

This comprehensive dental team with long term averages of 35-45 new patients per month offers all-inclusive services, including general and specialty dentistry.

The perfect candidate possesses a competent and confident skill set in diagnosis, treatment planning and performing a variety of dental procedure to include but not limited to :

• Restoring implants -Single crown-bridge units.
• Eagerness in learning All on 4, conus / locator cases
• Invisalign
• Simple / Fixed & Removeable Restorative
• Endodontics-Primarily anterior
• Extractions

We are certain the established systems of protocol and support of an efficient, health centered hygiene, restorative and administrative team will work hard in helping you achieve your professional, clinical and financial goals towards a long-term dental career.

• Work part-time 1-3 days per week to full-time with future partnership / ownership as a full-time general dentist

• Potential ownership annual earnings of $300-600k
• Part time compensation 33% of net production
