Purpose :
- Emerge Treatment is a comprehensive and holistic day treatment facility designed to address the mental health needs of young women between the ages of 18 and 30. With a focus on the well-being of the whole person, Emerge offers a 60 to 90-day program that provides individual counseling, group therapy, skill-building, and physical-health based approaches.

Educational Background :
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, or preferably a related field.Relevant Training and Certifications :

This position provides direct patient care by developing rapport with the patients and facilitating the therapeutic milieuShift Details : Starting out 6 hours a day 5 days a week. As we gain clientele, that will shift to possibly 8 hours.Assists patients with daily living tasks, providing emotional support to patients and familiesConducts skills-based groupsMay assist in community meetings, interfacing with family, and lead diversionary activitiesMay implement recreational activities and may act as aide for patient educational needsAssists, performs, and accurately documents delegated patient care procedures, treatments, observations, groups / education, etc. in designated areas, legibly and in a timely mannerOrients patients to the program and assist in the Admissions processDemonstrates effective interpersonal relations and communication skills with co-workers, patients, families, and other personnel involved with patient careReports changes in the patient's condition to the applicable clinical staffMaintains a safe, consistent and supportive environment by providing care in accordance with the multidisciplinary treatment plan using established behavioral interventions and programs to meet patient care needsEnsures that assigned areas are clean, straight and in compliance with fire and safety hazards before leaving at the end of each shiftMaintains constant surveillance of assigned areas to ensure patient safety including visual patient checks, room checks and unit checksMay stock supplies and carry out general housekeeping tasks as assignedThe pay range for this role is :
