Position Summary
Processes purchase orders for the finance team and other MDVIP departments. Purchases wellness equipment for transitioning doctors, and expedites orders, as needed. Processes invoices for doctor's wellness equipment and finance department orders. Trains new users on the procurement system. Assists with negotiating better pricing and terms for purchased products. Reviews contracts and purchase agreements to ensure MDVIP's interests are fairly represented.

Education / Experience / Knowledge :
Associate degree in business or a related field and at least two year's related purchasing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience where one year of schooling equals two years of related experience.
Must have a similar scope and experience in a comparable or greater size / volume company
Must have demonstrated negotiating skills
Knowledge of RFP process and understanding of how bid processes are utilized.
Knowledge of GPO is a plus.
Project management skills especially in new supplier negotiation and qualifications is highly desirable.
Computer Proficiency :
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to learn new software easily.

MAS 500 - Basic
Adobe - Basic

Compensation and Benefits
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across appropriate US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education / training and a candidate's work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.
