PSA (Power Systems Applications) Engineer – Network/Transmission

Role Description

Essential Skills

• Strong experience in development, customization, and delivery of Energy Management Systems (EMS) for electric power utilities.
• Proficiency in Electric SCADA, Power DMS, and Transmission EMS implementations.
• + years of experience with C, Java, and SQL/Oracle databases.
• + years of experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) using C++, Full Stack Java, or similar technologies.
• + years of experience with EMS/AEMS product design and development.
• Strong experience working in Linux and Windows environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and Shell scripting, with the ability to interpret logs and debug files.
• Experience working on real-time / mission-critical systems.
• Proven experience applying and installing fixes in live customer production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and drive resolution.
