Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver technology or process solutions focusing on user experience

Support configuration for HR applications and manage complex reporting across multiple tools

Build relationships across teams and promote technology within the HR community

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

3+ years of relevant experience

2+ years of experience using Workday for Talent Management and / or Talent Acquisition

Thorough experience with Talent Management and / or Talent Acquisition processes
