Experience coming into an organization and helping to implement OCM from the ground floor, could be aligned to specific projects but be able to work across an enterprise
Experience working with internal customers, business and IT, and external customers and vendors
Experience using Jira and confluence

A great communicator, has the ability to build relationships and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure successful change initiatives
Responsibilities :
- Design and execute effective change management strategies
- Drive organizational change management activities
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Think strategically and creatively to develop successful change initiatives
- Provide guidance to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies
- Support all future Change Management, Training and Communication deliverables supporting the implementation of the new products for SOS
- Lead and Champion all Initiatives utilizing Change Management supported concepts ensuring all relative stakeholders have been identified and engaged
- Be the Subject Matter Expert and create training presentation materials, content and form of communication presentation based on the products you are supporting
- Develop a robust communication process for ensuring all future Policy, Process and Change Management objectives are clearly communicated to the correct stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner
- Support Communication standards and processes between all stakeholders including Internal to external and External to Internal forms of communication
- Be a Champion for all development led activities and be a central collection data point to ensure all Input strategies have been aligned and vetted to support desired Output
They must be able to lead, coach and mentor at all levels of the organization.
Must be able to work with internal and external vendors like KPMG, Appian, Informatica, etc...
