ServiceNow HRSD Lead Developer (HRIS Business Partner) – REMOTE
Summary : The HRIS Business Partner is responsible for managing, monitoring, maintaining, and developing the HRIS systems from a business function perspective in close partnership with Information Technology, Human Resources, HR Administration and Operations. The department provides technical expertise through software or computer languages. Under general guidance the HRIS Business Partner evaluates, analyzes, designs and maintains the company's human resources information system such as the ServiceNow HRSD Module (MUST) and Workday HCM module (Preferred).

Essential Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize solutions within ServiceNow to improve / streamline HR processes and workflows
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business partners to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and deliver enhancements aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with HR, IT, business partners, and vendors to implement or update integrations
- Provide continuous support and improvement to Employee Center portal(s) and Now mobile app
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards within the ServiceNow HRSD environment
- Develop or maintain Virtual Agent topics based on business needs
- Conduct thorough testing in development environment and work closely with IT to move development to production
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring optimal performance within the HRSD module
- Assist in system upgrades / patches through testing, reporting and analysis of changes; identify impacts for HR stakeholders and help implement changes
- Identify new HR needs and the software products to fulfill these needs; analyze and propose solutions to complex problems relating to company-wide HR programs
- Act as a liaison between HRIS and internal HR departments to ensure department system needs are met
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the HR system to train end-users and others in the department
- Provide end-user support by developing reports, Excel sheets, or other relevant software; modify reports as needed
- Coordinate collection and preparation of routine and special reports per business needs
- Monitor system for problems, implement corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure interface files are received and run successfully

Bachelor's degree in a related fieldFive or more years in an HRIS or IT environment, with at least 3 years specializing in ServiceNow implementation, administration and support; ServiceNow HRSD module preferredServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and / or Certified Implementation Specialist – HR (CIS-HR) are highly preferredHands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD configuration (HR Service Configuration, HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center Pro)Experience with developing in ServiceNow (service catalogs, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer) is requiredExperience with integrations between ServiceNow and other HR systems (e.g., Workday) is preferredExperience with scripting in ServiceNow (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions) is preferredExperience with Platform Analytics, Performance Analytics is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) at an advanced levelBroad knowledge of HR function, information needs, reporting requirements, workflow, and functional technology solutionsWorking knowledge of HRIS and Payroll systemsStrong knowledge of system operating environments, technologies, equipment / systems and applicationsStrong experience in process analysis and design techniques, system mapping, re-engineering, and report writingTravel

Compensation Information : The compensation offered may be influenced by experience, education, location, market data, and internal ranges. Eligible for bonus or incentives as applicable. Pay type : Salaried. Minimum Pay Range : $90,000. Maximum Pay Range : $105,000.
