HR Coordinator
CFS is working with a client seeking a Temporary HR Coordinator to support HR operations during a maternity leave . This role offers exposure to a global HR environment and the opportunity to work on key projects, including a system transition to Global Dayforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Conduct orientations and review company policies
- Handle immigration questionnaires and fingerprinting
- Respond to HR-related inquiries via ServiceNow ticketing system
- Assist with HR projects, including system implementation
Qualifications
1-7 years of HR experience (fintech or financial services preferred)Bachelor's degree requiredStrong HR generalist skills (onboarding, recruiting)Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables; VLOOKUP a plus)Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
