Type : Direct Hire.

The IT Specialist reports to the IT Manager, providing customer-focused services supporting operations, including end-user support, IT device setup, configuration, network configuration, and troubleshooting.

What You Will Do

• Set up job sites, install Starlink, and configure LAN / WAN networking for mobilization.
• Assist in managing regional office IT needs, including peripherals and conference room AV connectivity.
• Prepare and deliver new user equipment onboarding.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Answer user queries, provide technical guidance, and assist with basic computer operations.
• Provide remote support via phone, email, or tools like TeamViewer.
• Train personnel on in-house systems as needed.
• Support printers, Android, iOS, and other peripherals.
• Coordinate printer fleet services and warranty repairs with vendors.
• Maintain compliance with company policies while delivering consistent services.
• Track activities in incident management systems like ServiceNow or Fresh Service.
• Follow company procedures, processes, and guidelines.
• Manage inventory of hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Maintain documentation of sites, equipment, software, processes, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
