Pay : $25-$30 / hr depending on skillset, 10-15 hrs OT per week average, production bonuses.

Hours : Normal hours are M-F, 7 am-5 pm

Must-Have Fine Grade Operator Duties :

Fine grade with a bulldozer to grade house and building pads, roads, and ponds.

Fine grade with a motor grader is a huge plus but not required.

Familiar with using GPS but capable of doing the job without GPS.

Proficient in shooting and figuring grades.

Fine grade with a track hoe

Must have reliable transportation to get to various job sites within Charleston and the surrounding areas.
