We are looking for Full time, Part time, and On-Call for all shifts (Day, Evening, Night, Variable)

Required Qualifications :

Upon hire : Washington Licensed Practical Nurse

Within 30 days of hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE : Teaching Experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

1 year of LTC geriatric experience preferred.

Experience as a staff nurse with LTC.

Supervisory experience with nursing assistants.

Experience with an interdisciplinary team.

5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE : Three to five years direct care experience; MDS / RAI Experience.

About the Team

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
