Schedule : 36 hours per week, 4x per week, working 7 am-4 pm, every 3rd weekend rotation, but can vary in frequency - currently every 9th weekend, on call rotation approximately 10-15 shifts per year, 1-2 holidays per year.

Minimum Qualifications & Certification / Licensure :

• Completion of certified nursing assistant program
• Must be listed on the Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Registry and be eligible to work at state and federally certified facilities
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides services and procedures that are delegated, assigned and supervised by a Unity RN. These services and procedures are based on the RN comprehensive assessment of the patient's personal care needs and documented in the Activities of Daily Living Plan of Care.
