We are currently seeking a professional and courteous Regional Sales Manager with exceptional interpersonal skills to assist our organization in prioritizing customer service with existing clients and acquiring new clientele. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining current client relationships, expanding our customer base, revenue growth, holding regular meetings with management, marketing campaigns, establishing customer service protocols, prioritizing and problem solving, as well as recommending various product options to clients. Responsibilities of the Regional Client Manager : Establishing effective communication channels for clients and staff. Fostering repeat business from clients. Conducting customer service workshops and presentations. Monitoring and evaluating client satisfaction levels. Coordinating with various departments to address client inquiries. Providing guidance to clients on services and products. Creating surveys and collecting client data. Participating in marketing initiatives. Handling client requests and resolving issues. Requirements for the Regional Client Manager : Bachelor's / Associate degree in a Science or Environmental related field. Excellent communication abilities. Capacity to meet deadlines. Proficiency in computer skills. Calm, courteous, and professional demeanor. Reliable and self-motivated work ethic. General understanding of environmental terms and issues. Strong focus on providing exceptional service. Direct Sales experience. Responsibilities : Develop a client plan with targets aligned with business goals. Evaluate individual performance metrics. Report on outcomes of regional client interactions. Forecast quarterly and annual profits. Analyze market trends in the region and identify growth opportunities. Address potential issues and propose timely solutions through product knowledge Participate in decisions regarding client solutions to environmental issues or concerns. Suggest new services / products and innovative sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Skills : Proven experience as a Customer Relations Manager or similar senior role. Ability to analyze clients needs based on meetings and discussions. Familiarity with and recommendations for CRM software. Understanding of organizational functions. Capability to lead and motivate a high-performance team. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset. Willingness to travel to the PHILADELPHIA and NEW JERSEY AREAS - no overnight travel required. Bachelor's or Associate degree in a Science or Environmental relevant field.
