Dietitian - Nutrition Services

The dietitian, under general supervision, as part of a multidisciplinary care team, provides nutritional care for patients and customers. Responsibilities include nutritional assessment; care plan formulation, documentation, and implementation; patient/staff/community education; interval reassessments and discharge planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics and Food Administration.
• Coursework/Training: Successful completion of internship approved by the American Dietetic Association.
• National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration upon hire.
• 1 year of experience through internship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• RD with CNSC (Certified Nutrition Support Clinician) or CDE (Certified Diabetes Educator) upon hire.
• 1 year of experience.
