Job descriptionServe as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and COR Provide overall program management as a senior employee Ensure contractor employees comply with safety and security regulations Provide monthly status reports to the COR and Contracting Officer Meet with the Contracting Officer and COR as needed to present deliverables and discuss progress Bachelor's degree (Master's or MS preferred) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Certified SCRUM Master Experience with Hoshin Kanri approach Experience in performance measurement and management systems Satisfy the customer - "Exceed expectations" Set the example - "Be out front" Be responsive - "Timing is everything" Persevere - "Find a way" Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term disability, cancer, and accident benefits Basic Life & AD&D Insurance Value-added benefits like FreshBenies 401(k) with matching 11 paid holidays 120 hours PTO annually Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Type : Full-time Function : Project Management and IT

Purpose
People, Technology and Processes, LLC is seeking contractors to support the TRADOC Enterprise KM Program. The goal is to create and implement the TRADOC KM strategy, improve organizational performance by fostering an environment of knowledge sharing, leveraging data / content, and continuous innovation. The program focuses on harnessing the relationship between people, process, technology to support organizational learning and decision-making.
