Restaurant Reservation Specialist

We have an opening for full time and part time Restaurant Reservation Specialist positions.

Location : Longwood Gardens - 1001 Longwood Road, Kennett Square, PA 19348 Note : online applications accepted only.

Schedule : Full and part time schedule. Days and hours may vary. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holiday. More details upon interview.

Requirement : Customer Service and restaurant experience preferred.

Pay Range : $18.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.

Guest Communication :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests via phone and email.
• Respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries, special requests, and general questions.
• Maintain a warm, courteous, and brand-aligned tone in all communications.
