Consolidated Medical Travel is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Gilbert, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Telemetry Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel THIS IS A TELE POSITION, REQUIRING TELE SKILLS - PLEASE READ BELOW Travelers will need to pass a dysrhythmia exam prior to start, through UNA, only (with 2 max attempts). If they fail, they will be made a DNU for 6 months for CSH AZ and CSH Sac regions. There is also a PASS / FAIL SIM LAB on day one of orientation. If they fail, they will be sent home and made a DNU for 6 months. of beds CRMC 60 ED Beds, MGMC 31 ED Beds Ratios 1 to 4 Required certifications BLS, ACLS Common diagnoses / Types of patients ED holds waiting for placement on a unit, primarily M S / Tele Experience or 'Must have' skills Must have a strong cardiac tele background, preferably 2 years. Must be able to decrease cardiac drips per physicians’ orders and parameters. (Please confirm this experience on notes- updated cardiac gtts per Tracey 1.29.20 KR) Nurses will be caring for more tele patients VS medical. (MS / Tele travlers DO NOT need prior travel experience, Are RNs required to titrate drips? Yes Common titratable & / or set rate drips Cardizem, Heparin, Amiodarone Charge Nurse / House Supervisor ED charge nurse. Ability to self-schedule; however this could change from time to time. Weekend Requirement 4 weekend shifts in a 4 week schedule. Holiday Requirement Rotate in with the perm staff Is there a call or standby requirement? No call required Floating Requirements Would float to med / surg / tele / overflow units and CRMC / MGMC Eds as needed. Scrub Color / Dress Code Navy Unit / Department specific orientation 2 shifts orientation to Med / Surg / Tele at primary campus.
